About Morgan:
Morgan (she/they) is began her career working to address health disparities for immigrant and refugee communities and has held a number of roles in health and human services including HIV care, queer sexual health education, anti-violence work with survivors of domestic violence and human trafficking and substance use disorder risk and harm reduction. Morgan pursued a Master’s in Social Work at University of Washington and then changed careers to become a nurse and worked bedside at Oregon Health & Science University. Missing longer term relationships, Morgan returned to school to become a mental health nurse pracitioner and completed a nurse practitioner residency at the Puget Sound VA. Morgan now cares for patients in Washington and Oregon at Thistle Mental Health.
